forces in the UK and around the world. He has also advised NGOs, corporates and governments in security risk management and crisis management around the world.
He lectures regularly on leadership and crisis management. He
currently splits his time between the UK and the Middle East.
Managing Director of Dascam Consulting
Piers is responsible for the day to day management of Blue Sky's subsidiary Dascam and its successful delivery of operations across the Middle East. He has extensive experience of managing large and complex projects worldwide, including in the Balkans, Africa, the Far East and the Middle East. He is based in Dascam's Abu Dhabi office.
Stephen Corley Non-exec Financial Director
Stephen has held senior positions in banking, fund management and research and as MD of a UK quoted trade financier. His involvement with the GCC stretches back to 1984 and since 2001 has worked in the UAE as a strategic adviser specialising in company restructuring and
financings across the financial, steel and oilfield service industries. He is based in Dubai. Administration
Director
Julian worked in executive search for some years. He joined Blue Sky in November 2002 to help establish Incert Recruitment, the group’s specialised placement solutions operation. He is now responsible for all Finance, Commercial, HR and Administrative functions across the Group. He is also a Director of Incert Recruitment Ltd.
He is based in Dascam's Abu Dhabi office.

Director
David Parry has
spent the last 22 years in sales and marketing in the defence,
space and hi-tech industries. As a Director of British
Aerospace, Marconi and Serco companies his responsibilities and
customer base have spanned Europe, the Middle East, Pacific Rim
and
North America. David is an exponent and trainer in the Shipley proposal
methodology and is a qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner. He
is based in Dascam's Abu Dhabi office.
John Anderson Operations Director
John has a long and distinguished background in the design and management of training systems. Until January 2008 he headed up Dascam's Performance Consultancy practice specialising in the delivery of the Dascam Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) from our specialist training institute in Abu Dhabi. He is now responsible for the successful delivery and quality assurance of all Dascam's operations across the Middle East.
Martyn Evans Business Area Leader - Security
Consulting
Martyn has extensive experience working at the highest level of
the UK Government's crisis management and terrorism threat
assessment staffs in Whitehall as well as being a former senior member of one of the UK Government's security advisory teams. A former specialist in the field of nuclear security, his responsibilities have included providing security advice and policy guidance to foreign governments as well as to multi-national companies. More recently he has worked in the
construction and extractive industries. He heads up Dascam's
highly successful Security Consulting practice based out of
Dascam's Abu Dhabi office.
Tom Knowles-Jackson Business Area Leader - Crisis
Management Consulting
Tom heads up the Crisis Management practice working out of our Abu Dhabi office. Tom has lived and worked in the Middle East for 13 years. He has extensive experience in a variety of areas in the fields of training and consultancy within the UK and the Middle East in both the civil and military sectors.
John Whiteley Project Leader - Systems Approach to Training
John has worked for the last 18 years in the field of analysis, design and delivery of training systems in Europe, Africa and, for the last 3 years, in Abu Dhabi. Now, as Project Leader for Dascam’s Systems Approach to Training project, he is responsible for delivering success across all aspects of the project and leveraging potential local talent through training and integration into the project of local staff.
